RATES Stay 5 nights, get the 5th night free until November 1st, 2010.

2010 Rates: 3 night minimum stay, excluding major holidays (Easter, Christmas/New Years, which requires a minimum 6 nights), includes the services of a chef and a maid. Full preparation of breakfast and lunch will be provided.

• 2 night deposit needed to confirm booking.
• Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival except Christmas/New Years and Easter (90 days.)
• 100% refund is given when canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival date except for Christmas/New Year & Easter. (60 days)
• Deposit Instructions will be given when making a reservation.

HOUSE POLICIES:
Max. Occupancy is 8 people (6 adults).
Children welcome. No pets allowed.

• A security deposit of $500 is required.
• Vonage phone line is provided free of charge to call to the U.S. and Europe.
• Food & beverage not included but billed at cost from local market. Staff will stock   the house with food & drinks. Market list needed prior to arrival.
• Trained masseuse available daily at an extra charge.
